Four preparation programmes for international project management certifications: PMP and CAPM, awarded by the Project Management Institute (PMI), and PRINCE2 Foundation and PRINCE2 Practitioner, awarded by PeopleCert. Each programme follows the exam structure set by the certifying body.
PMP (Project Management Professional) Exam Preparation
Prepare for PMI’s new PMP exam, in force since 9 July 2026
Description
The Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, awarded by PMI, shows the ability to lead projects using predictive, agile and hybrid approaches. Since 9 July 2026, the exam has been based on a new content outline: the three domains are rebalanced, the business environment carries more weight, and new question formats appear, based on case studies and graphics.
This course follows the structure of PMI’s Examination Content Outline (July 2026): one module per domain, then practice under exam conditions.
